This is probably the last of my rulesposts, following the intro, where I looked at the errors made in my first edition, a post on the new domain economy, a generator for islands of Machine Space, new troupe play, and updated backgrounds.
The completed player's document, containing 20 backgrounds, 18 treasures, 18 sept-vessels (now mapped on a grid as part of the new shipbuilding system), starting gear, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, can be found here. There may be minor changes as I find all the asset prices are wrong, or something - a changelog will be kept if necessary.
Next on the agenda is building Machine Space - one or two dozen islands (now with Arcologists, micro-cultures seeded by the Structure in tiny controlled environments, for the Navigators to meet and trade with) at varying distances from the Volume, then a huge random encounter table to torment the septs with as they fly. Maybe those will be posted, or maybe I'll hide them from the eyes of my players. We'll see.
Sail away, Navigator - let your ship be loud with song, and come back rich beyond imagining.
